Collective impact is a problem-solving framework used to address complex community issues.
It’s premised on two basic assumptions. First, that complex issues are best tackled by teams that include representatives from government, business, nonprofit and faith-based sectors. Second, that a community has enough resources to resolve complex problems, but because those resources aren’t in alignment, the community’s not getting benefits commensurate with the investments being made.
