The Siouxland Libraries Bookmobile was the centerpiece for the first Kid Link Riverside event at Laura B. Anderson Elementary School in Sioux Falls June 1.

Bookmobile was the star at LBA

Volunteers were welcoming as several parents and children stopped by to choose books, snacks and activity bags to take home. Snacks were provided by Nightwatch Canteen. Activity bags were provided by the Salvation Army in Sioux Falls.

The Bookmobile will be open from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Mondays through July 27, 2020 at Laura B. Anderson Elementary School, 1600 N. Wayland Ave., Sioux Falls.

Get a free library card, check out books, and find the free giveaways. Pick up a summer reading program log to win prizes for reading. There is no cost to use the Bookmobile.

Kid Link Riverside volunteers, including school staff and other community members, will be on hand with new activities each week.
